Sole E35 Elliptical is a feature rich elliptical machine that is perfect for cardio exercise. we have ordered Sole e35 elliptical from Amazon.com to review. I placed the order at 5 PM, I caught confirmation by 7 PM that day. My shipment confirmation with tracking number came in the noon of the next day. I’m happy. And we all know the reputation of Amazon.com. I was expecting that Sole e35 elliptical box will arrive within 15 to 20 days. But I caught it in just six business days. The box was heavy, quite big; but important thing is it was undamaged when it arrived in my home.

Now, as soon as the box came time on box the elliptical machine and started to assemble my new Sole e35 elliptical machine. Took me around one hour to make it look like the one in the picture. I must say it is very hard to assemble the seen it alone. Because the flywheel part feels like it is 100 pounds. And it definitely needs some help with moving this Sole e35 elliptical trainer. But don’t worry about the assembly, because it is a much documented in a step by step process.

After finishing my assembly, I was impressed to see and feel how strong this Sole e35 elliptical is. It feels very durable, and it is made with heavy duty steel parts that are strongly attached with bolts. I don’t think you can ever break or damage a Sole e35 elliptical with just normal usage.

When I try to work out on my newly assembled Sole e35 elliptical, I notice another great thing: that is this elliptical machine is very quiet. The Console of this elliptical machine is not that complex. It has very few buttons and no crazy features. There is also speakers this elliptical machine, you can add your iPhone, iPad, or MP3 player with the Speaker and workout while listening to your favourite song. The speaker quality is not groundbreaking, but not at that bad either. The 16 resistance level with this elliptical machine. Program such as hills, fat burn, interval are also included.

I found the paddle very comfortable and natural. My previous elliptical machine cost of stress in my knees, but Sole elliptical e35 did not cause such problems. I also love the slope in the footpad.

I have a very expensive heart rate watch. I tried to see that really see off the heart monitor comes with Sole e35. And I found that they are almost 100% accurate. As both of my heart to monitor showed exact amount of pulse.

    This is the second Sole E35 I’ve purchased. The first worked perfectly well, but my wife and I wore it out after three years. We actually cracked a weld on the frame, which makes it sound iffy, I know, but consider that we used the machine 6 days a week for more than 40 miles/wk combined and lost more than a combined 220lbs in the process (along with a reasonable diet, of course). Needless to say, we put a great deal of strain on the machine (saving our knees a lot of wear and tear).

    I had no second thoughts about purchasing another Sole. I think the price is well worth it. We had a cheaper machine before, and it fell apart on us, and I’ve tried health club equipment and found the E35 comparable in its stability and ease of use. I’d recommend putting the machine on a hard, flat surface and we’ve placed one of those rubber pads under ours to smooth out the minimal vibrations.

    The Sole is also pretty easy to assemble (though I used my own tools, not those included, because… well, they’re MY tools and they’re nice and shiny). There are essentially three major parts to put together and plenty of plastic panels to cover the exposed bolts. I think it took me 2 hours of work (including getting it out of the box, best done with a partner, since the part with the flywheel is HEAVY!) to assemble.

    I bolted a small flat panel TV/DVD combo into the wall in front of my machine and ran a cable from the ear-phones connection on the TV to the music jack on the Sole, then plugged my ear-phones into the Sole’s earphones jack. Voila, I can watch shows while I exercise (quietly) that I’d normally watch while sitting on my butt. It’s a bit more cumbersome than using a machine with the tiny TV built into the machine, but a heck of a lot cheaper (plus my screen is bigger than their screen, providing me with that “mine’s bigger” satisfaction, PLUS I got to drill something into a WALL. WOOHOO! I even got to use my stud finder. I like to hold it to myself and pretend to make it beep).

    Oh, and the Sole E35 is pretty darn quiet, even if I’m NOT when I exercise (I like to scream advice to the Doctor. He hears me, I just know it
